Choosing to Own a Travel Business!

One reason I started this blog was to let others know that having your own travel business on the Web is a great way to have a small business.
I have my travel site, online through YTB, and they fulfill all the travel for me. That way I can concentrate on just pointing people to my website and having them purchase there travel from my website www.IdesTravel.com. My website works just as easy as all the big-name travel at sites, but I get the reward at the end; The commission.
For me getting started was a very easy thing. I signed up online, my website was up within minutes, and all I have to do is start calling and e-mailing my friends letting them know that I had a new travel website. And now they buy from me.
A few of my friends thought the idea of having their own travel website and getting the commission for themselves was a great idea also.
The travel business is rapidly growing and is easy to talk about with anyone. Travel is not something that makes friends and family run the other way when they see me… It is the opposite they do want to hear about my vacations. That is a boost for my business!
